A citizen is somebody who has the right to live in a country by birth or by legal acceptance as a permanent resident. In some cases, people renounce their natural citizenship in order to adopt the citizenship of another country.
Christian citizens are ordinary people living extraordinary lives through their relationship with Jesus Christ. They are a called out people, whose lives are extraordinary through the positive examples they set in a society where in some cases, wrong is rewarded and right is punished. In cases like this, we stand for righteousness by not seeking revenge but by showing mercy and allowing God to direct us in our dealings in these matters.
Being Christian citizens mean that we follow the example of Abraham, the one whom God called out of a body of religious people with beliefs in a multiplicity of gods and through him, created a new people who believe in the one true God and the Creator of all that is.
At the end of time, your citizenship will be verified. If your documents have not been stamped by the blood of Jesus Christ, you will not be allowed entrance into the kingdom of God.
