When you make plans to take a trip, you make sure that the ticket you purchase is on an airline that will take you to your final destination – even if you have to change planes in between. Right now, we are on the most important trip of our lives and earth is just a temporary stop over before we board the plane of death to the place that will be our final destination.
You have a choice of one ticket that has already been bought and paid for in full. It will take you into the new heaven and the new earth where you will spend eternity with God - the Creator of all that is. All you have to do is accept it. That ticket is God’s Son, Jesus Christ – the Lord and Saviour of the world. If you choose not to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour, you automatically deny God’s gift of His Son, which means that when He returns, or when death comes to take you away from this earth – whichever comes first – you will not be a part of the new heaven and the new earth.
