There is also a problem of not wanting to go through the process of deliverance from the chaos, which is absolutely necessary for our spiritual growth and development, just as it is necessary for the caterpillar to work its way out of the cocoon, in order for it to become the butterfly it was created to be. If the caterpillar is helped out of its cocoon, it dies and never fulfills its purpose of becoming a butterfly.
Sometimes we interfere with the developmental stages of growth in the lives of born again believers in Jesus Christ and instead of allowing them to work out their salvation we try to tell them how to live out their salvation. Just like the caterpillar, all born again believers must go through the process of struggle in the cocoon in order to become the butterfly God created them to be.
This is no way means that we are not to assist our fellow brothers and sisters in Christ BUT we must know when to step back and allow them to work out some areas of their salvation as we help them to live out their salvation in Christ.
