Sometimes, in spite of who you are in Christ, the realities of life can be overwhelming, causing you to become frustrated and depressed. There is nothing wrong with you - you are just a human being facing the realities of life.
The key to remaining strong during moments like these is to remind your self
1) of God’s Word where we are identified as over comers in Christ
2) that Christ will never leave us nor forsake us and that
3) God knows the end from the beginning and therefore we can trust Him to help us accept the victory He has already given us in and through our new life in Christ.
Scripture references
1. (1 John 5: 4-5; Revelation 2: 7,11); 2. (Hebrews 13:5); 3. (Isaiah 46: 9-10)
